What we do
We create, manage, and publish a full week of marketing content for local businesses — social media posts, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn posts, and email newsletters — written in the business's own voice, reviewed and approved by the owner before anything goes live. The owner's total time commitment is a few minutes a week: review, reply "approved," done.
What OpenFlame is — and isn't
OpenFlame AI is an independent content studio that does the work itself. Every account is run directly by us on our own platform, which we built and operate. To be explicit about what we are not:
- Not a white-label reseller. We don't resell another company's software under our name, and we don't subcontract client work to an outside agency or offshore content shop.
- Not a white-label supplier. We don't license our platform to other agencies to rebrand as their own. We work directly with the business owner.
- Not an SEO or link-building service. We don't sell backlinks, guest posts, or ranking guarantees. Our work is original content published to a business's own channels.
- Not a template or a DIY tool. Clients don't log in to build their own posts from scratch. The content arrives written, ready to approve.
- Not a per-post or per-hour agency. One flat monthly retainer covers the whole engine.
The weekly content engine
- Five photo posts per week for Instagram and Facebook, written from the business's own photo library — real photos of their products, dishes, spaces, and moments, plus on-brand images they generate in our Image Studio. Never generic stock imagery.
- One Instagram Reel per week, scheduled and published with a caption written in the business's voice.
- LinkedIn posts for businesses with a professional audience.
- An email newsletter and a promotional email each week, branded to the business and sent to their subscriber list.
- A branded approval email every week: the owner sees every post before it publishes, replies "approved" or requests changes in plain English, and our revision engine applies them.
- Automatic publishing to Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn on an optimized schedule.
Voiceprint — brand voice tuning
Voiceprint is how OpenFlame learns the way a business actually talks. Owners pick a voice angle, edit their voice profile directly, or paste a sample of their own writing to model. Every caption, newsletter, and post is then generated in that voice — so the content sounds like the owner wrote it, not like a template. Owners can choose between a brand "we" voice or an owner "I" voice, ban specific words and phrases, and lock in approved compliance phrasing for regulated industries.
Image Studio — on-brand AI image generation
Clients can generate polished, illustrative brand images from a curated menu of styles tuned to their industry — warm editorial photography, no stock-photo sheen. Generated images the client keeps go straight into their photo library alongside their real photos and can appear in their weekly content — always as clearly illustrative brand imagery, never passed off as photos of their actual products. Each client's style menu is curated per industry: restaurants, dental, fitness, salons, real estate, and more.
Replate — professional food photo styling
Replate turns a quick phone snapshot of a dish into an editorial-quality food photo. A restaurant owner opens any photo in their Media Library, taps Replate, and the same dish is re-presented with professional plating, lighting, and styling — the plate and table surface vary from shot to shot, but the food itself stays exactly what they serve: same items, same portions, same arrangement. Owners compare the result side by side with the original and keep it or discard it. Kept photos join their library and flow into their weekly content. A one-tap Enhance option is also available for a faithful lighting and color correction that never alters the food. For products and scenes beyond food, Restyle reshoots the same subject from a fresh angle with new lighting and a different backdrop — keeping the people, setting, and action, but delivering a genuinely different, post-ready photograph of the same moment.
PromoDrop — event flyer builder
PromoDrop turns an event or promotion into a finished, professional flyer in three steps. Owners pick a background — a solid color, a two-color gradient, any photo from their library, or a freshly AI-generated backdrop chosen from a dozen ideas tailored to their business. Then they enter the event details — name, dates, times, cost, and up to two taglines — and choose from twelve text styles and five layouts. The text on every flyer is rendered exactly as entered, never AI-generated, so dates and prices are always correct. Finished flyers land in the photo library and on the Events page, ready to flow into the weekly content. Owners who already have a flyer can upload it directly with the same event details.
Email Hub — newsletters and promo emails
Alongside social posts, OpenFlame writes each client a weekly email newsletter and a promotional email in their own voice, built from the same research and content as their posts. Owners review both in the Email Hub — read the finished draft, see the angle behind it, edit anything, and leave a note about what they'd like mentioned next time. Approved emails send to their list automatically. It keeps a business in front of its regulars where it matters most, without the owner ever staring at a blank email.
Content Lab — hands-on post builder
For owners who like to be more involved, Content Lab is a place to build one great post by hand and publish it on the spot. They pick a photo or reel from their library, say what the post is about, choose a voice and a length, and generate a caption — complete with hashtags and emojis — in seconds. A refine box lets them fine-tune it in plain language ("make it shorter," "talk up the special"), and every caption is checked so it never claims anything untrue. When it's ready, they post it immediately or schedule it for any day and time, and it publishes automatically. It's the fast lane for the moments a business wants to capture right now.
The client portal
Every client gets a private portal at app.openflame-ai.com with:
- Content — review and approve each week's posts.
- Media Library — their photo library (with details like item names, prices, and event dates) and their Reels, with AI-drafted captions they can regenerate or edit. Photos can be enhanced, Replated, or Restyled right from the library.
- PromoDrop — build event flyers in three steps, or upload their own.
- Image Studio — generate on-brand images.
- Content Lab — build a single post by hand and publish or schedule it on the spot.
- Email Hub — review and approve the weekly newsletter and promo email.
- Events — flag upcoming events, sales, and seasonal dates so content is built around them in time.
- Voiceprint — tune how their brand sounds.
- Billing — plan, invoices, and payments, powered by Stripe.
- Support and Settings — help, business details, and preferences.

How onboarding works
- The owner shares their business details, brand voice preferences, and photos.
- We research the business — website, menus, services, local reputation — to build a complete offerings profile, so content is specific and accurate from week one.
- Content starts the following week, with the owner approving every post before it publishes.
